Waldir Peres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Müller in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Toscano came free, but Marcelo Gröhe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonçalo Donatello charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonçalo Donatello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th match minute, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonçalo Donatello to maneuver through the defense. Eriberto Vidal hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Waldir Peres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Duta Setiawan. Gonçalo Donatello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 minutes of play, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Duta Setiawan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldir Peres was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caetano Toscano was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Toscano in the 54th minute of play forced CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th match minute, Barcellos Mineiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. Waldir Peres came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Emílio Ceresso. But to his dismay, Emílio Ceresso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Emílio Ceresso hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Waldir Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Axel Ekström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Germán Cano was substituted for Emílio Ceresso. 79 minutes into the game, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Cesare Maldini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldir Peres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 83rd minute Karl-Axel Ekström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Barcellos Mineiro FC's zone, Duta Setiawan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir Peres came out of the goal and Duta Setiawan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Adolfo Hermes kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Karl-Axel Ekström got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duta Setiawan in the 90th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Waldir Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Karl-Axel Ekström managed to get in a good position for a shot. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Axel Ekström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldir Peres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 97 minutes into the match, Germán Cano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldir Peres. Barcellos Mineiro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Germán Cano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0.
