Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dudu Berger took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Berger came free, but José Augusto de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Ronaldinho Gaucho got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldinho Gaucho in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Augusto de Godoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ronaldinho Gaucho came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldinho Gaucho couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ronaldinho Gaucho sped through AF CERRADO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of José Augusto de Godoi. AF CERRADO's José Augusto de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Berger in the 18th minute of play. In the last second José Augusto de Godoi throw himself and got hold of the ball when Dudu Berger in the 19thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Ronaldinho Gaucho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Augusto de Godoi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tostão Xavier showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, José Augusto de Godoi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaká Goiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. José Augusto de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Gaucho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Ronaldinho Gaucho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Augusto de Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Artur Sergipano got a free kick in the 57th minute. Ronaldinho Gaucho took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Augusto de Godoi. José Augusto de Godoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Ronaldinho Gaucho struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. José Augusto de Godoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙. Dudu Berger charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dudu Berger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th minute, Dudu Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute Tostão Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Augusto de Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dudu Berger scored 5-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Augusto de Godoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ made a substitution. Miguel Botelho replaced Dudu Berger. After 73 played minutes ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ got a freekick which was hit by Tostão Xavier. In the 76th minute, Cauã Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Botelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. José Augusto de Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in AF CERRADO's zone, Ronaldinho Gaucho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Augusto de Godoi came out of the goal and Ronaldinho Gaucho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in AF CERRADO fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! AF CERRADO:s José Augusto de Godoi showed great skill when he stopped Sebastião Paes:s penalty. 94 minutes into the match, Ronaldinho Gaucho notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of AF CERRADO's José Augusto de Godoi. José Augusto de Godoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ were the better team. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
