José Pedro Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Toscano in the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Valdo Garcia got a free kick in the 8th minute. Waka Barcellos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Pedro Donatello. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. José Pedro Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The supporters of E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE booed when Barcellos Mineiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafim Brito hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alexsandro Alves hit a great ball. José Pedro Donatello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rick Cabezon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Pedro Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Toscano in the 35th minute of play. Rômulo Pena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Peres having to interfere. Caetano Toscano hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rômulo Pena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexsandro Alves got a free kick in the 60th minute. José Pedro Donatello was a little too slow when Rick Cabezon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-1. Rick Cabezon struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. José Pedro Donatello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barcellos Mineiro FC. In the 73rd minute, Carlinhos Bertassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlinhos Bertassi hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Giuseppe Camargo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but José Pedro Donatello made a huge save. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's José Pedro Donatello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE from getting a goal against them. In the 79th match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexsandro Alves to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute of the match Waka Barcellos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Pedro Donatello skillfully saved the ball. Giuseppe Camargo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but José Pedro Donatello made a huge save. After 90 minutes of play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Giuseppe Camargo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Pedro Donatello was left in no man's land by his defense there! 95 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goal looked a bit too open when Rick Cabezon came free, but José Pedro Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Barcellos Mineiro FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
