The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Kania Gostyń's goal looked a bit too open when Babbis Aggeliadis came free, but Boruc Furgal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sanderlend's goalkeeper Sverker Fanström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sverker Fanström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavius Beca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Flavius Beca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kania Gostyń fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Sverker Fanström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience was convinced that Flavius Beca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sverker Fanström was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Flavius Beca put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sverker Fanström. Sverker Fanström was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Severiano Oliverio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severiano Oliverio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After a rather tough play, Sanderlend's Islam Šimić got a free kick in the 34th minute. Boruc Furgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Babbis Aggeliadis in the 36th minute of the match. With a little luck, Sanderlend's Sverker Fanström got control of the ball when Alessio Mao tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute, Alessio Mao reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sverker Fanström. The goal made the score 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Sanderlend's Przemyslaw Popowicz was substituted for Severin Begić. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Babbis Aggeliadis to strike the kick off in the second half. Mujaga Zaninović kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Sverker Fanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavius Beca in the 56th minute of play. When Kania Gostyń's Alessio Mao in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Kania Gostyń fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Boruc Furgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Babbis Aggeliadis in the 91st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Wiktor Falkiewicz sped through Sanderlend's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sverker Fanström. In the 96th minute, Wiktor Falkiewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sverker Fanström was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kania Gostyń fully deserved thier win.
