An unexpectedly hard shot by Babbis Aggeliadis in the 15th minute of play forced FC Gdansk36's goalkeeper Adam Matysek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Witomir Zworski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sverker Fanström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shi Yuan got free with Adam Matysek in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Babbis Aggeliadis might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adam Matysek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Babbis Aggeliadis ran back to his position shaking his head.
