Carlos Marinho was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Inocencio Jokin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Inocencio Jokin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Severiano Santo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agostinho Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Amboy FC's Severiano Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis Vides in the 16th minute of play. Laerte Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Severiano Santo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Régis Vides's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severiano Santo was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

51 minutes into the match, Filomeno Pio notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of 卡納里尼奧 FC's Carlos Marinho. Carlos Marinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carlos Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Pio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filomeno Pio in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Marinho saved 卡納里尼奧 FC from getting behind. Manuel Oto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Agostinho Guedes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Severiano Santo, 3-1. In the 96th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor da Costa to maneuver through the defense. Americo Xabat struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Carlos Marinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amboy FC.

Amboy FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
