In the 3rd minute Doriva Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albertinho Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emílio Queirós in the 4th minute of the match. A collision led to BLACK BULL getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Vágner Coutinho hit a great ball. A hard and well directed shot from Gilmar Queiroz led 9 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. BLACK BULL's Vicente Gaúcho became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. After 17 played minutes Talento Futebol clube got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Koehler. Wiliam Rosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th match minute, BLACK BULL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Melo to maneuver through the defense. Doriva Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Gaúcho having to interfere. Vicente Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Koehler in the 30th minute of play. Vicente Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiliam Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by BLACK BULL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gilmar Queiroz was slow to take the kick. During this time Talento Futebol clube's players had a chance to rest. Talento Futebol clube's Wiliam Rosa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vicente Gaúcho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Talento Futebol clube fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Talento Futebol clube's Wiliam Rosa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vicente Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celsinho Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes BLACK BULL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gilmar Queiroz who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Talento Futebol clube's Gilmar Queiroz to fire away a dangerous shot which Vicente Gaúcho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 39th match minute, Talento Futebol clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiliam Rosa to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Alberto Mendonça made the kick off in the second half. BLACK BULL's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Doriva Vaz scored to the left of an out of position Vicente Gaúcho, making the score, 0-3. The supporters of BLACK BULL booed when Talento Futebol clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseu Sanches didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to BLACK BULL getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Vágner Coutinho hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celsinho Koehler in the 69th minute of play forced BLACK BULL's goalkeeper Vicente Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseu Sanches charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseu Sanches the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st minute, Eliseu Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75thth minute of the game Dagoberto Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BLACK BULL's Vicente Gaúcho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Albertinho Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Doriva Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 85 minutes into the match, BLACK BULL's goal looked a bit too open when Celsinho Koehler came free, but Vicente Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, BLACK BULL's goalkeeper Vicente Gaúcho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doriva Vaz. Celsinho Koehler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Vicente Gaúcho made a huge save.
