With a left leg Hugo Santos saved Dragões de Campo Grande from getting behind. After 16 played minutes Dragões de Campo Grande got a freekick which was hit by Válbson Netto. A collision led to Harchester United getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Marty Schofield hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes Dragões de Campo Grande got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Travassos. Hugo Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Les Cooke in the 22nd minute of play. With his leg Hugo Santos managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Harchester United's Josh Wiltshire fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 26 minutes, Marty Schofield made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Dragões de Campo Grande's Hugo Santos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 29 minutes, Marty Schofield made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Dragões de Campo Grande's Hugo Santos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute of the match, Les Cooke tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hugo Santos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 40th minute Kev Higgins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When José Silva fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marty Schofield in the 45th minute of play forced Dragões de Campo Grande's goalkeeper Hugo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marty Schofield's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marty Schofield made a kick off. Hugo Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Schofield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kev Higgins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Hugo Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hugo Santos came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Harchester United's Kev Higgins. But to his dismay, Kev Higgins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Hugo Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kev Higgins in the 63rd minute of the match. Hugo Santos came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Harchester United's Marty Schofield. But to his dismay, Marty Schofield quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Kev Higgins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomás Montenegro in the 72nd minute of play forced Harchester United's goalkeeper Stu Phippard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dragões de Campo Grande's Hugo Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Schofield in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to Harchester United getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Jonathan Nightingale hit a great ball. Stu Phippard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomás Montenegro in the 79th minute of play. Dragões de Campo Grande's Hugo Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Schofield in the 81st minute of play. Hugo Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kev Higgins, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Dragões de Campo Grande's goal looked a bit too open when Marty Schofield came free, but Hugo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marty Schofield in the 93rd minute of play forced Dragões de Campo Grande's goalkeeper Hugo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Harchester United had won after a very even match.
