The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Loui De Wulf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicolaas De Cat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobiasz Dudkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Tobiasz Dudkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolaas De Cat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolaas De Cat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Wejta in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Bernard Pilarczyk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bialski Bastion Legii fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobiasz Dudkowski in the 29th minute of play forced SK Dreigoten's goalkeeper Nicolaas De Cat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bialski Bastion Legii's Witomir Wejta in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SK Dreigoten's goalie prevented a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Witomir Wejta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolaas De Cat. SK Dreigoten's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witomir Wejta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When Witomir Wejta came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Bialski Bastion Legii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Witomir Wejta couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Loui De Wulf made a kick off. Witomir Wejta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 53 minutes into the game, Witomir Wejta lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Nicolaas De Cat. In the 58th minute, Bialski Bastion Legii's Tobiasz Dudkowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. In the 62nd minute, Witomir Wejta fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nicolaas De Cat, passed just outside the right post. In the 66th minute of the match, Tobiasz Dudkowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicolaas De Cat saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 67 minutes, Ludwig Swin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SK Dreigoten and the Bialski Bastion Legii players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes, Bialski Bastion Legii's Ksawery Oliszewski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicolaas De Cat came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bialski Bastion Legii reached it. With an all-out effort, Bialski Bastion Legii's Nicolaas De Cat threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tobiasz Dudkowski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bialski Bastion Legii's Boguslaw Juchno got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Boguslaw Juchno off the ground. Boguslaw Juchno hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Bialski Bastion Legii's Wlodzimierz Daszkowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolaas De Cat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 0-6 became the score in the 89th minute when Witomir Wejta elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
