After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Sylvain Ransom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx's supporters rose to their feet, but Sylvain Ransom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Armstrong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Colombain Parham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorbjörn Olerius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thorbjörn Olerius's late challenge caught a Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thorbjörn Olerius helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Thorbjörn Olerius. Andreas Spante hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 18 minutes, Max Cortez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx and the ManagerZone Crew players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx's Max Cortez got a free kick in the 18th minute. Colombain Parham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorbjörn Olerius, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 28 minutes, Peter Linkhorst made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx's Colombain Parham tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute of the match ManagerZone Crew got a corner. Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adrian Våleman ran over to the corner to take the kick. ManagerZone Crew's Adrian Våleman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Colombain Parham in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Krzysztof Sanocki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Patrick Armstrong made a huge save. Peter Linkhorst scored 0-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Colombain Parham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Damazy Zbikowski hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Colombain Parham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Linkhorst, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Peter Linkhorst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Colombain Parham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peter Linkhorst was the one to do the kick off. Colombain Parham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 54th minute of play.
