The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Horacio Librado came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the ZORZAL01 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Librado couldn't finish the play. Guillem Bugedo kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Crouch in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Avram Popoiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Avram Popoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Crouch, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Peter Crouch might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Avram Popoiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Crouch ran back to his position shaking his head. 21 minutes into the match, Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Peter Crouch came free, but Avram Popoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, ZORZAL01's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Damasco came free, but Qin Fan Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qin Fan Sheng came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s Aldo Damasco. But to his dismay, Aldo Damasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. ZORZAL01's Qin Fan Sheng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save ZORZAL01 from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute Deportivo Damasco F.C. were awarded a corner. Guillem Bugedo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s Guillem Bugedo to fire away a dangerous shot which Qin Fan Sheng despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Guillem Bugedo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roman Corte to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Corte in the 55th minute of play forced ZORZAL01's goalkeeper Qin Fan Sheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Guillem Bugedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Crouch in the 58th minute of play forced Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s goalkeeper Avram Popoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qin Fan Sheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir Couto in the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Peter Crouch notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s Avram Popoiu. Avram Popoiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peter Crouch kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Peter Crouch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Avram Popoiu made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Peter Crouch took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Avram Popoiu to make any attempt to save it. When Roman Corte came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Deportivo Damasco F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Corte couldn't finish the play. Tiadoro Cores might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Qin Fan Sheng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiadoro Cores ran back to his position shaking his head. 87 minutes into the match, Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Peter Crouch came free, but Avram Popoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on ZORZAL01's corner Pavel Nedvěd fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Avram Popoiu quite easily take care of the ball. 90 minutes into the match, ZORZAL01's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Corte came free, but Qin Fan Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Roman Corte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Qin Fan Sheng was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
