The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sporting Buceo's attentive Domenico Deleyto managed to snatch the ball when Germano Lage made a throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game. Thomas Trevilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Santana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feng Jun in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredo Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Sporting Tuga FC's Alfredo Santana got control of the ball when Feng Jun tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute Sporting Buceo were awarded a corner. Bartoleme Ceja went to the cornerflag to take it. Sporting Buceo's Bartoleme Ceja was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfredo Santana in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Máximo Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sporting Buceo's Feng Jun in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sporting Tuga FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st minute, Feng Jun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Buceo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Alfredo Santana made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Feng Jun sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute Carlos Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Máximo Correia came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Tuga FC's Carlos Figueiredo. But to his dismay, Carlos Figueiredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xarles Gadañon during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xarles Gadañon hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feng Jun was the one to do the kick off. Feng Jun took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Santana. Alfredo Santana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Alfredo Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feng Jun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Sporting Buceo defense, Artur Jesus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Máximo Correia. The Sporting Buceo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Máximo Correia should have stopped the shot. Alfredo Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feng Jun in the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sporting Buceo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucius Moreira was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Tuga FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 71st minute Feng Jun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sporting Buceo's Máximo Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Monsanto in the 73rd minute of play. If Feng Jun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alfredo Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feng Jun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Feng Jun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Santana was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. In the 93rd minute, Lucas Monsanto made a precise shot to the right of Máximo Correia. Sporting Buceo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. The Sporting Tuga FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
