Marcus Sjöö stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximo Villamarin's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 7thth minute of the game Maximo Villamarin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monia&Ibrahim's Marcus Sjöö was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Red Reign's Dawid Ratulowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Red Reign from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the game, Pelle Nyqvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dawid Ratulowski. Pelle Nyqvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 15th minute of the match, Cao Wei Liang tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dawid Ratulowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cao Wei Liang in the 20th minute of play forced Red Reign's goalkeeper Dawid Ratulowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Maximo Villamarin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Monia&Ibrahim's Marcus Sjöö. Marcus Sjöö was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Maximo Villamarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the match, Monia&Ibrahim's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Villamarin came free, but Marcus Sjöö reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zigor Ardanza kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Maximo Villamarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Sjöö saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Sjöö showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Villamarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Maximo Villamarin struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Marcus Sjöö didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Reign. After 47 minutes, Wincenty Szel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Red Reign and the Monia&Ibrahim players grew even worse after the yellow card. Red Reign's Zorion Pelegri was substituted for Derlis Florentin. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pelle Nyqvist made a kick off. Marcus Sjöö was a little too slow when Maximo Villamarin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 1-2. Marcus Sjöö made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Villamarin in the 57th minute of play. Marcus Sjöö showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Villamarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Zorion Pelegri took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Marcus Sjöö to make any attempt to save it. Monia&Ibrahim's Gez Blackwater was substituted for Jonas Lund. Marcus Sjöö didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximo Villamarin went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Monia&Ibrahim's Marcus Sjöö proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Monia&Ibrahim from getting a goal against them. Zorion Pelegri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Marcus Sjöö tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Monia&Ibrahim's goalkeeper Marcus Sjöö had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximo Villamarin. In the 89th minute, Maximo Villamarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Sjöö was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. A collision led to Red Reign getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Zigor Ardanza hit a great ball. Fanis Tsangaris lost his temper 97 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 98th minute, Fanis Tsangaris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Red Reign's goalkeeper Dawid Ratulowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Monia&Ibrahim supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Red Reign's performance. The match ended with a win for Red Reign.
