Lázaro Prestes might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dawid Ratulowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lázaro Prestes ran back to his position shaking his head. Dawid Ratulowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Prestes in the 8th minute of play. Dawid Ratulowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lázaro Prestes went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Fernando Montes made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lázaro Prestes immediately put the ball in play. Dawid Ratulowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Prestes in the 18th minute of the match. With a little luck, Heide FC's Iwan Dziuma got control of the ball when Maximo Villamarin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Prestes in the 25th minute of play forced Red Reign's goalkeeper Dawid Ratulowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dawid Ratulowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Heide FC's Iwan Dziuma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Heide FC from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute, Armando Hera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute of the game Xavion Sorriva made a throw-in which Maximo Villamarin played forward. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lázaro Prestes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edgar Goya kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Heide FC's Moises Berenguer was substituted for Julian Bejrut. In the 88th minute Maximo Villamarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Dziuma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwan Dziuma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zorion Pelegri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
