Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cezary Domarecki started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Domarecki in the 5th minute of play forced Tarada's goalkeeper Cliff Gottschalk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Smuskiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henri Schäppi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Smuskiewicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jarno Mutach went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cezary Domarecki did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Cliff Gottschalk 15 minutes into the match. Cliff Gottschalk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Domarecki, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The supporters of Hahay booed when Tarada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Bohren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cezary Domarecki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cliff Gottschalk came out and tried to block the shot, but Cezary Domarecki slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Hahay's goal looked a bit too open when Mick Racine came free, but Edgar Smuskiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Cezary Domarecki dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cliff Gottschalk, 3-1. 45 minutes into the match, Tarada's goalkeeper Cliff Gottschalk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cezary Domarecki. Edgar Smuskiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marc Nuessli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Tarada made a substitution. Wolf Ehrenbolger replaced Mick Racine. Wolf Ehrenbolger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Edgar Smuskiewicz made a huge save. In the 64th minute, Boruc Radzyminski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cliff Gottschalk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Domarecki in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Hahay's goalkeeper Edgar Smuskiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Raiola. A collision led to Tarada getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Tony Bohren hit a great ball. Hahay's Gilbert Zajac was substituted for Wágner de Amorim. Hahay's Tolek Nowacki was substituted for Sebastian Banaszak. In the 80th match minute, Tarada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Bohren to maneuver through the defense. Hahay's Cezary Domarecki got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Cezary Domarecki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cliff Gottschalk was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Hahay's Edgar Bartoszek was substituted for Marek Kaider. In the 89th minute, Marc Nuessli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edgar Smuskiewicz. The goal made the score 5-3. Hahay's attentive Gilbert Zajac managed to snatch the ball when Tony Bohren made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. Cliff Gottschalk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Domarecki in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Gil Fritsch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 96 minutes, Gilbert Zajac managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hahay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilbert Zajac was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hahay fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tarada had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
