Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Peter Linkhorst kicked off to start the match. Zhu Wei Xiang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th match minute, LEONTARI - KASKAVELI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charilaos Karasimos to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, LEONTARI - KASKAVELI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Linkhorst came free, but Zhu Wei Xiang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Peter Linkhorst recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zhu Wei Xiang. Peter Linkhorst showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, LEONTARI - KASKAVELI FC's goalkeeper Zhu Wei Xiang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thorbjörn Olerius. After some careless play in the ManagerZone Crew defense, Apostolikas Ksiromeritis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Armstrong. The ManagerZone Crew fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Armstrong should have stopped the shot. Zhu Wei Xiang was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Robert Ununger. Thorsten Dietz kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Zhu Wei Xiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 33rd minute of play. Andreas Spante's late challenge caught a LEONTARI - KASKAVELI FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Spante helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Andreas Spante got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute Guo Lin Yong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apostolikas Ksiromeritis in the 41st minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apostolikas Ksiromeritis was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Nikos Domazos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Patrick Armstrong. That made the score 1-2 in the 53 minute of play. In the 56th minute, Nikos Domazos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Armstrong made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Apostolikas Ksiromeritis sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 66th minute of play forced LEONTARI - KASKAVELI FC's goalkeeper Zhu Wei Xiang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Rosario hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Patrick Armstrong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Domazos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute Adrian Våleman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhu Wei Xiang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, LEONTARI - KASKAVELI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Linkhorst came free, but Zhu Wei Xiang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ManagerZone Crew fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After having played for 93 minutes, Thorsten Dietz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManagerZone Crew's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thorsten Dietz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Våleman took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zhu Wei Xiang. Zhu Wei Xiang dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ManagerZone Crew fans cheered their team off the field, for while LEONTARI - KASKAVELI FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
