Spectators: 488 (Terracing: 367, Seating: 112, VIP seats: 9) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jorge Jerrald kicked off to start the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 3 minutes into the game, when Tomás Leoncio put in a rough tackle. PAPURRESCOS FC:s Atilano Feliz showed great skill when he stopped Ihedioha Batalawa:s penalty. Olufemi Ononogbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute Leandro Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Feliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atilano Feliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Olufemi Ononogbo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tortugas's supporters rose to their feet, but Olufemi Ononogbo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atilano Feliz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A throw-in in the 20th minute of the game was made by Minas Papazachos with Gabriel Gaizko as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 20 minutes into the match, Tortugas's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Gaizko came free, but Jerónimo Bettencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorre Tkint hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Atilano Feliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olufemi Ononogbo in the 24th minute of play. Minas Papazachos made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tortugas's Ihedioha Batalawa. The corner led Tortugas's Big Egø to fire away a dangerous shot which Atilano Feliz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Tortugas's Leandro Aires nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atilano Feliz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Atilano Feliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Aires in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Aires in the 37th minute of play forced PAPURRESCOS FC's goalkeeper Atilano Feliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Olufemi Ononogbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the game, PAPURRESCOS FC's Jorge Jerrald nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leandro Aires stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jorge Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jerónimo Bettencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Tortugas's Leandro Aires sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atilano Feliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 58 played minutes Tortugas got a freekick which was hit by Jorre Tkint. 64 minutes into the match, Gabriel Gaizko notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Tortugas's Jerónimo Bettencourt. Jerónimo Bettencourt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Aires got free with Atilano Feliz in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Tortugas's Jorre Tkint got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Atilano Feliz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leandro Aires showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 78 minute of play. PAPURRESCOS FC made a substitution. Omar Bidun replaced Gabriel Gaizko. Jerónimo Bettencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Bidun in the 85th minute of the match. A collision led to Tortugas getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jorre Tkint hit a great ball. Leandro Aires's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atilano Feliz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 2-2. Extra-time would have to be played.

After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Jorge Jerrald made the kick off and play began. Jerónimo Bettencourt was a little too slow when Omar Bidun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 103rd minute. The score was now 3-2. When the referee ended the match the PAPURRESCOS FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
