Ricardo Hendrickx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zénó Polgár, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 5 minutes, Kartal Başar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Twierdza Osowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kartal Başar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. András Horváth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kartal Başar in the 8th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Twierdza Osowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Árpád Konkoly came free, but Ricardo Hendrickx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Hendrickx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Csongor Csorba, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Kartal Başar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Szajk LC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lajos Józsa in the 26th minute. A nice corner shot did that Lajos Józsa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ricardo Hendrickx quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. András Horváth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kartal Başar in the 28th minute of the match. The supporters of Twierdza Osowiec booed when Szajk LC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Árpád Konkoly didn't get a good kick on the ball. András Horváth was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pang Qiang Fan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kartal Başar in the 36th minute of play forced Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 minutes Szajk LC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pang Qiang Fan who took care of the corner kick. Twierdza Osowiec's Pang Qiang Fan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but András Horváth in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Kartal Başar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csongor Csorba in the 43rd minute of play forced Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Ricardo Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Twierdza Osowiec's Ricardo Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Cesaro in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 55 minutes, Kartal Başar made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Szajk LC's András Horváth tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the match, Szajk LC's goal looked a bit too open when Kartal Başar came free, but András Horváth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Szajk LC's Árpád Konkoly got a free kick in the 59th minute. Ricardo Hendrickx came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Szajk LC's Zalán Kovács. But to his dismay, Zalán Kovács quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Csongor Csorba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ricardo Hendrickx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Twierdza Osowiec's Ricardo Hendrickx got control of the ball when Jonas Cesaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Kartal Başar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Szajk LC's goal looked a bit too open when Kartal Başar came free, but András Horváth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Twierdza Osowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxime Maeijnaerts to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Kartal Başar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but András Horváth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Szajk LC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
