Rahim Okseven didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when KIFC's Mladen Čonkić shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. After 17 minutes, Janko Todić made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Karkamis's Rahim Okseven tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rahim Okseven didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mirsad Raković went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Janko Todić in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rahim Okseven prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Karkamis getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Fikri Yıldızhan hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Janko Todić ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rahim Okseven was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 35th minute Vladimir Mirjačić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rahim Okseven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aytaç Ergüç in the 37th minute of play forced KIFC's goalkeeper Božo Dragišić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Janko Todić took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rahim Okseven. Rahim Okseven dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Rahim Okseven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mirsad Raković in the 43rd minute of the match. Božo Dragišić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baykal Sayraç in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aytaç Ergüç made a kick off. With a little luck, Karkamis's Rahim Okseven got control of the ball when Janko Todić tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 52 played minutes Karkamis got a freekick which was hit by Necip Durhal. After a defensive mix-up in Karkamis's zone, Rodoljub Milosavac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rahim Okseven came out of the goal and Rodoljub Milosavac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, KIFC's Rahim Okseven threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mladen Čonkić, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A hard shot 57 in the game by Janko Todić from a close distance when the talented Rahim Okseven managed to make a qualified save. Karkamis's players were relieved. Rahim Okseven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radojica Vesić in the 59th minute of play. Karkamis's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Radojica Vesić scored to the left of an out of position Rahim Okseven, making the score, 0-8. After a defensive mix-up in Karkamis's zone, Radojica Vesić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rahim Okseven came out of the goal and Radojica Vesić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mladen Čonkić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of KIFC booed when Karkamis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vedat Gündüz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Janko Todić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rahim Okseven made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Radojica Vesić sent off a good shot on target. 92 minutes into the match, KIFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aytaç Ergüç came free, but Božo Dragišić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rahim Okseven prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The KIFC fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when KIFC's Stamenko Knežević looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. KIFC played a much better game than Karkamis and deserved their victory. The Karkamis players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
