After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Dan Nyman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tibro's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Nyman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus Keller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per-Arne Skoglund during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcus Keller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Hedström, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Marcus Keller didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Gerd Kathan hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Dan Nyman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Keller having to interfere. If Håkan Rang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 88 minutes into the match, Schurke F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Strömberg came free, but Marcus Keller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dan Nyman came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Tibro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Nyman couldn't finish the play. Dan Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tibro's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
