Božo Dragišić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Milivoj Gogić got a throw-in 84 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ljuba Dragović. After a rather tough play, Passo Fundo SC's Luizão Zonta got a free kick in the 85th minute. KIFC made a substitution. Stamenko Knežević replaced Janko Todić. 93 minutes into the match, KIFC's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Soares came free, but Božo Dragišić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KIFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Passo Fundo SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
