After 3 played minutes Passo Fundo SC got a freekick which was hit by Betão Quadros. 6 minutes into the match, Juninho Teles dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wirak Boonchoo, 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Passo Fundo SC's Juninho Teles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wirak Boonchoo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Renan Soares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wirak Boonchoo was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raphael Motta during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Passo Fundo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Motta to maneuver through the defense. Chanyut Kantongdee took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonas de Toledo. Passo Fundo SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Renan Soares notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Fairfax United's Wirak Boonchoo. Wirak Boonchoo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute, Passo Fundo SC's João da Rocha dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. 31 minutes into the game, Renan Soares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wirak Boonchoo. Renan Soares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Adalberto Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Wirak Boonchoo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Renan Soares was the one to do the kick off. Wirak Boonchoo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juninho Teles in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Renan Soares notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Fairfax United's Wirak Boonchoo. Wirak Boonchoo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 58 minutes into the match, Fairfax United's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Motta came free, but Wirak Boonchoo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Fairfax United defense, Renan Soares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wirak Boonchoo. The Fairfax United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wirak Boonchoo should have stopped the shot. After 65 minutes, Sompol Intamas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fairfax United and the Passo Fundo SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sompol Intamas kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 66 played minutes, Passo Fundo SC's Adalberto Motta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wirak Boonchoo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Passo Fundo SC reached it. In the 67th minute, Renan Soares made a precise shot to the right of Wirak Boonchoo. Fairfax United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. The supporters of Passo Fundo SC booed when Fairfax United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chanyut Kantongdee didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Juninho Teles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Passo Fundo SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. 75 minutes into the match, Passo Fundo SC's goalkeeper Jonas de Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chanyut Kantongdee. Passo Fundo SC's attentive Renan Soares managed to snatch the ball when Wissarut Nuimeem made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the game, Juninho Teles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Wirak Boonchoo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the game, Renan Soares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Wirak Boonchoo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Chiratorn Khaomueng hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 94thth minute of the game Juninho Teles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fairfax United's Wirak Boonchoo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wirak Boonchoo came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Passo Fundo SC's Renan Soares. But to his dismay, Renan Soares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Passo Fundo SC had played much better football throughout.
