In the 3rd minute, Juninho Teles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Passo Fundo SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Schurke F.C's Marcus Keller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Soares in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Renan Soares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Keller was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Passo Fundo SC's Renan Soares in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Schurke F.C's goalie prevented a goal. 14 minutes into the match, Renan Soares notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Schurke F.C's Marcus Keller. Marcus Keller was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Renan Soares took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Keller. Marcus Keller dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 21st minute Renan Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Keller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Keller didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renan Soares went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute, Renan Soares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Keller was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Marcus Keller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Soares in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Renan Soares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Passo Fundo SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Renan Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Keller having to interfere. Schurke F.C's Marcus Keller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juninho Teles in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Renan Soares made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Schurke F.C's Marcus Keller tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renan Soares in the 42nd minute of play forced Schurke F.C's goalkeeper Marcus Keller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Schurke F.C's Marcus Keller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juninho Teles in the 44th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Adalberto Motta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Keller was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. After 46 minutes of play, Passo Fundo SC's Renan Soares made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Keller was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Passo Fundo SC were leading 0-9. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Renan Soares to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Juninho Teles made a precise shot to the right of Marcus Keller. Schurke F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. In the 56th minute, Renan Soares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Passo Fundo SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-11. If Adalberto Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Schurke F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Soares came free, but Marcus Keller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 played minutes Passo Fundo SC got a freekick which was hit by Juninho Teles. In the 65th minute Renan Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Keller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Keller made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juninho Teles in the 66th minute. Marcus Keller didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adalberto Motta went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juninho Teles got free with Marcus Keller in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Renan Soares took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Keller. Marcus Keller dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-13. If Renan Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Renan Soares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcus Keller. That made the score 0-14 in the 88 minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Schurke F.C's goalkeeper Marcus Keller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adalberto Motta. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renan Soares in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Keller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcus Keller made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Juninho Teles sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Passo Fundo SC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Schurke F.C throughout the match.
