Mladen Čonkić took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Havier. Eriberto Havier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Garín FC's goal looked a bit too open when Janko Todić came free, but Eriberto Havier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Janko Todić cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Eriberto Havier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 35 minutes Garín FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Đorđe Šaranov who took care of the corner kick. Božo Dragišić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Gimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The supporters of Garín FC booed when KIFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Đorđe Šaranov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Janko Todić might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eriberto Havier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Janko Todić ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute, Teobaldo Ceandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejo Gimenez hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Arturo Naike hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. KIFC made a substitution. Ljuba Dragović replaced Milivoj Gogić. A collision led to Garín FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Arturo Naike hit a great ball. Eriberto Havier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Janko Todić in the 80th minute. Garín FC's Eriberto Havier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mirsad Raković in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th match minute, Garín FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Boniel to maneuver through the defense. Đorđe Šaranov struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Eriberto Havier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KIFC. Stamenko Knežević could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Eriberto Havier made a huge save. The Garín FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KIFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
