Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Chanyut Kantongdee kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, KIFC's Mladen Čonkić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wirak Boonchoo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Fairfax United defense, Janko Todić kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wirak Boonchoo. The Fairfax United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wirak Boonchoo should have stopped the shot. Wirak Boonchoo came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by KIFC's Mladen Čonkić. But to his dismay, Mladen Čonkić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 18th minute, Mladen Čonkić ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wirak Boonchoo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Vladimir Mirjačić hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. KIFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Đorđe Šaranov in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute Janko Todić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wirak Boonchoo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prachuab Maneewat hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Radojica Vesić took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wirak Boonchoo. Fairfax United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wirak Boonchoo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janko Todić, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Chanyut Kantongdee kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mladen Čonkić stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes KIFC got a freekick which was hit by Radojica Vesić. Wissarut Nuimeem struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Božo Dragišić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fairfax United. In the 58th minute, Janko Todić made a precise shot to the right of Wirak Boonchoo. Fairfax United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. 65 minutes into the match, Fairfax United's goalkeeper Wirak Boonchoo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Janko Todić. Fairfax United's Wirak Boonchoo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Fairfax United from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Janko Todić got free with Wirak Boonchoo in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fairfax United's Wirak Boonchoo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Fairfax United from getting a goal against them. Wirak Boonchoo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mladen Čonkić showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 75 minute of play. After 82 played minutes Mladen Čonkić rounded Fairfax United's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-8. Wirak Boonchoo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mladen Čonkić in the 87th minute of play. KIFC's Stamenko Knežević was substituted for Janko Todić. KIFC played a much better game than Fairfax United and deserved their victory. The Fairfax United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
