Tiago Fontes hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tiaguinho Faria 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Gaspar Verastegui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Eduardo Arce in the 21st minute. A collision led to Rondinone F.C - FDFDF getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Arnaldo Coutinho hit a great ball. Sporting Buceo's Gaspar Verastegui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Eduardo Arce in the 24th minute of play. Luís Eduardo Arce scored 2-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaspar Verastegui, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luís Eduardo Arce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bartuelo Masferrer's late challenge caught a Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartuelo Masferrer helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartuelo Masferrer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedrinho do Valle took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaspar Verastegui. Gaspar Verastegui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Luís Eduardo Arce sped through Sporting Buceo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gaspar Verastegui. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Buceo's zone, Pedrinho do Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Verastegui came out of the goal and Pedrinho do Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th play minute Laffitte Rioz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Samuca Bezerra. 4-1. Luís Eduardo Arce took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaspar Verastegui. Gaspar Verastegui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 69th minute, Hermínio Maciel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF made a substitution. Manoel Mota replaced Daniel França. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF made a substitution. Perivaldo Pitta replaced Pedrinho do Valle. Gaspar Verastegui didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Eduardo Arce went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. After 76 minutes, Luís Eduardo Arce made it 7-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sporting Buceo's Gaspar Verastegui tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 79 minutes, Hermínio Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF and the Sporting Buceo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 79 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Hermínio Maciel. Gaspar Verastegui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Eduardo Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After 82 minutes of play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Luís Eduardo Arce made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaspar Verastegui was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo Pitta came free, but Gaspar Verastegui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Verastegui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiaguinho Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. There was no doubt that Rondinone F.C - FDFDF were the better team. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
