Rony da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viriato Peixoto having to interfere. Rubim Torcato got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to FC Dezassete getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Rubim Torcato hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Álvaro Tróia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viriato Peixoto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. After the first half MUSHIBA FC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Régis Sampaio's late challenge caught a FC Dezassete's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Régis Sampaio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, MUSHIBA FC's Régis Sampaio got a free kick in the 53rd minute. A hard shot 57 in the game by Rodolfo Donato from a close distance when the talented Viriato Peixoto managed to make a qualified save. FC Dezassete's players were relieved. Viriato Peixoto came out of the goal and Álvaro Tróia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodolfo Donato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Viriato Peixoto made a huge save. Régis Sampaio got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 88th match minute, FC Dezassete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Salazar to maneuver through the defense. Viriato Peixoto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Nicolas Guterres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaspar Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
