Samuca Bezerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Queirós in the 19th minute of play. Viriato Peixoto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Eduardo Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Luís Eduardo Arce put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Viriato Peixoto. Viriato Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho do Valle in the 27th minute of play. Torcato Caetano charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torcato Caetano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Dezassete getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Viriato Peixoto was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Luís Eduardo Arce in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Dezassete's goalie prevented a goal. Viriato Peixoto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Eduardo Arce went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Gaspar Queirós made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Viriato Peixoto threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tiago Fontes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. João Vítor Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viriato Peixoto having to interfere. After 64 minutes of play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Luís Eduardo Arce made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viriato Peixoto was left in no man's land by his defense there! 67 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Tiago Fontes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viriato Peixoto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Tiaguinho Faria made a precise shot to the right of Viriato Peixoto. FC Dezassete's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. FC Dezassete's Viriato Peixoto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save FC Dezassete from getting a goal against them. A collision led to FC Dezassete getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Hildeberto Peixoto hit a great ball. Perivaldo Pitta was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Perivaldo Pitta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Viriato Peixoto came out and tried to block the shot, but Perivaldo Pitta slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 87th minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a corner. FC Dezassete's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Perivaldo Pitta ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Perivaldo Pitta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Viriato Peixoto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
