The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Willian Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deivid Trevisan charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Deivid Trevisan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes Morro Grande E.C got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Trevisan. Agostinho Guedes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Willian Loyola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Cristian Duarte hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Raúl Maia charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raúl Maia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Willian Loyola came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by 卡納里尼奧 FC's Agostinho Guedes. But to his dismay, Agostinho Guedes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Willian Loyola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis Vides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes of play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Régis Vides made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willian Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Willian Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agostinho Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Carlos Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Mello in the 44th minute of play. Willian Loyola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Régis Vides went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agostinho Guedes was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis Vides in the 52nd minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Willian Loyola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Willian Loyola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Régis Vides. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Régis Vides took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Willian Loyola to make any attempt to save it. Carlos Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wanderson Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Raúl Maia got a free kick in the 69th minute. Laerte Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian Loyola having to interfere. Willian Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agostinho Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Reynaldo Tepedino got a free kick in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Agostinho Guedes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Willian Loyola. Morro Grande E.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agostinho Guedes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Morro Grande E.C's Willian Loyola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Morro Grande E.C from getting a goal against them. Reynaldo Tepedino hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the match was over 卡納里尼奧 FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Morro Grande E.C throughout the match.
