Viriato Peixoto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, FC Dezassete's Luís Ekaterinoslavskiy got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th match minute, FC Dezassete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torcato Caetano to maneuver through the defense. After 12 minutes of play, Modlau's Tolek Pryla made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viriato Peixoto was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Dezassete's Viriato Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kelaino Mbappè in the 16th minute of play. When Silvestre Salazar fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Dezassete's protests and gave Silvestre Salazar a yellow card for diving instead. 23 minutes into the game, Gaspar Queirós was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Dezassete's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modlau the free kick. Kelaino Mbappè fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viriato Peixoto having to interfere. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Tolek Pryla sped through FC Dezassete's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Viriato Peixoto. Viriato Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kelaino Mbappè in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Pryla in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Dezassete's goalkeeper Viriato Peixoto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gaspar Queirós came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the FC Dezassete fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Queirós couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute, Radomir Dzerwucki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Dezassete's Viriato Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Dzerwucki in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 51 minutes, Rubim Torcato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Dezassete and the Modlau players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 60 minutes, Radomir Dzerwucki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Modlau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radomir Dzerwucki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tolek Pryla came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Modlau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolek Pryla couldn't finish the play. Radomir Dzerwucki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Viriato Peixoto made a huge save. Viriato Peixoto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radomir Dzerwucki in the 66th minute. Viriato Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Dembkowski in the 67th minute of play. Radomir Dzerwucki's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Viriato Peixoto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Krzysztof Cielencki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Queirós in the 79th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kazimierz Dembkowski in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Viriato Peixoto saved FC Dezassete from getting behind. FC Dezassete's Viriato Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimierz Dembkowski in the 85th minute of play. Viriato Peixoto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radomir Dzerwucki in the 92nd minute. Krzysztof Cielencki came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Dezassete's Gaspar Queirós. But to his dismay, Gaspar Queirós quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Modlau played a much better game than FC Dezassete and deserved their victory. The FC Dezassete players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
