Francisco Barrionuevo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Errando in the 38th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's Alvaro Errando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Barrionuevo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maurício Bomba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niva Espellosa in the 43rd minute of play. If Peep Pronk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peep Pronk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Francisco Barrionuevo made a huge save. After a rather tough play, ALASKU TSG's Anıl Cenk Mutlusoy got a free kick in the 90th minute. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Peep Pronk put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Francisco Barrionuevo. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AC LeX Luthor eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
