Jacobo Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robinho Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Héctor Mainer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celedonio Eguen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 12 minutes into the game, Robinho Salgado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jacobo Mendiko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Donato Luar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Eguen having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Eulalio Santio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor Mainer in the 25th minute of play forced Matheu City FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Eguen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes of play, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Héctor Mainer made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celedonio Eguen was left in no man's land by his defense there! 31 minutes into the match, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho Salgado came free, but Jacobo Mendiko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robinho Salgado in the 48th minute of play forced ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goalkeeper Jacobo Mendiko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Blas Rozarius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Héctor Mainer in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celedonio Eguen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes into the match, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goalkeeper Jacobo Mendiko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Minas Makris. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Franco Milazzo was substituted for Héctor Mainer. Jacobo Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Minas Makris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Jacobo Mendiko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes into the match, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho Salgado came free, but Jacobo Mendiko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Matheu City FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Mariano Egoitz hit a great ball. Jacobo Mendiko came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Matheu City FC's Robinho Salgado. But to his dismay, Robinho Salgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blas Rozarius in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Mendiko saved ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ from getting behind. Minas Makris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Jacobo Mendiko made a huge save. Eulalio Santio kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Santiago Sosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Matheu City FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
