In the 7thth minute of the game Dimitris Maropoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aves Negras's Marcial Bakar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcial Bakar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dimitris Maropoulos's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Rafael Fix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tamer Yalçıner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the game, Dimitris Maropoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marcial Bakar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th minute Dimitris Maropoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Palleschi was slow to take the kick. During this time Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Virgilio Benitez got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Guter Tobia made the kick off in the second half. The Pan Queso y Leberbush FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pan Queso y Leberbush FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
