In the 5th minute, Reynaldo Esquivel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustin Barrantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Benjamin Ivens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Vistruario kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Agustin Barrantes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Benjamin Ivens skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virgilio Lawrence in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabe Conejo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. KяαdivÄch3 FC's Ruperto Edorta got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miguel Volio struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Benjamin Ivens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CS La Libertad. The supporters of KяαdivÄch3 FC booed when CS La Libertad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Millot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reynaldo Esquivel kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. CS La Libertad's Gabe Conejo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Lawrence in the 42nd minute of play. If Agustin Barrantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KяαdivÄch3 FC's Virgilio Lawrence got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Ruperto Edorta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 61st match minute, CS La Libertad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Millot to maneuver through the defense. KяαdivÄch3 FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kent Arvidsson in the 65th minute. Kent Arvidsson made a great header on KяαdivÄch3 FC's corner, it was just that CS La Libertad's Gabe Conejo managed to reach the ball for a save. Benjamin Ivens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Millot in the 66th minute of the match. Fabian Cubero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Gabe Conejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CS La Libertad's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kent Arvidsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Kent Arvidsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CS La Libertad's Gabe Conejo did a great save. Benjamin Ivens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Gamboa in the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, KяαdivÄch3 FC's Pastor Hartz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 97th minute, one of CS La Libertad:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CS La Libertad. The goalkeeper, Gabe Conejo, was totally fooled by KяαdivÄch3 FC's Kent Arvidsson, who 98 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The KяαdivÄch3 FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing KяαdivÄch3 FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
