George Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Clementi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Alfredo Treglia notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Di Röe's George Kristiansson. George Kristiansson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 44 minutes into the game, Di Röe's Sten Melberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
