In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goalkeeper Petras Anusauskas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute of the match Golden Dragón F.C got a corner. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fernandez Vizcarreto ran over to the corner to take the kick. 28 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Nikola came free, but Hilario Pesquera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario Pesquera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Segio in the 41st minute of play. Aureliusz Vaabengaard kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Teofilo Oxarra couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Golden Dragón F.C. In the 48th minute Dario Betzanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petras Anusauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dario Betzanos to strike the kick off in the second half. Petras Anusauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Betzanos in the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Golden Dragón F.C's Emmanuel Vasco got a free kick in the 60th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Dario Betzanos notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Petras Anusauskas. Petras Anusauskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Godfredo Nuñez was substituted for Aureliano Negro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Olmedilla in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petras Anusauskas saved C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Erasmo Jago managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Jago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario Pesquera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Godfredo Nuñez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Golden Dragón F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
