Spectators: 48 (Terracing: 37, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dário Prada started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Unidad de Matanza getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Clodoveo Orlin hit a great ball. In the 4th minute Dário Prada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Cristofol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Hornos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Waldemar Okopny was slow to take the kick. During this time Unidad de Matanza's players had a chance to rest. In the 8th minute, Dário Prada left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Hornos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 14 minutes of play, Los Hornos's Dário Prada made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Venancio Cristofol was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Silas de Andrade managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Unidad de Matanza's Michal Stehno fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 21 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's Michal Stehno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silas de Andrade narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute Máximo Kirchner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silas de Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clodoveo Orlin kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Máximo Kirchner's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Silas de Andrade firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 43 played minutes Los Hornos got a freekick which was hit by Dário Prada. Silas de Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Stehno went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michal Stehno made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Kirchner came free, but Silas de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Unidad de Matanza booed when Los Hornos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dário Prada didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Dário Prada made a precise shot to the right of Venancio Cristofol. Unidad de Matanza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 64th minute, Maarten Aelbrecht left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unidad de Matanza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru was substituted for Maarten Aelbrecht. Unidad de Matanza made a substitution. Yannick Bartz replaced Máximo Kirchner. Dário Prada hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Dário Prada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lenni Skensved in the 72nd minute of play forced Los Hornos's goalkeeper Silas de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gene Simmons kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Unidad de Matanza's Venancio Cristofol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dário Prada in the 77th minute of play. Silas de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Bâru in the 79th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Prada came free, but Venancio Cristofol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Hornos made a substitution. Oodo Rosin replaced Ghitã Butuc. In the 91st match minute, Los Hornos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charlie Hancock to maneuver through the defense. Los Hornos's Silas de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Bâru in the 92nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dário Prada got free with Venancio Cristofol in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oodo Rosin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Venancio Cristofol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Unidad de Matanza had played much better football throughout.
