Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Racing Club's Luciano Pirro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Dominik Barowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Cordearo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Cornelio Cordearo managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Piast Leszczyny's Krzysztof Gizynski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominik Barowicz in the 9th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Cornelio Cordearo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Piast Leszczyny's Ryszard Golaszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Pirro in the 11th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Olgierd Szkaradek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piast Leszczyny's supporters rose to their feet, but Olgierd Szkaradek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Cordearo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Piast Leszczyny booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Bartuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luciano Pirro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ryszard Golaszewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Piast Leszczyny's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Samuel Nevada was slow to take the kick. During this time Racing Club's players had a chance to rest. Cornelio Cordearo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Krzysztof Gizynski in the 30th minute. Cornelio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominik Barowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Luciano Pirro managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 48th minute Olgierd Szkaradek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Cordearo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Dominik Barowicz made the kick off in the second half. Racing Club made a substitution. Homer Field replaced Miroslaw Jajecznica. Cornelio Cordearo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krzysztof Gizynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Szkaradek in the 60th minute of play. Ryszard Golaszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Pirro in the 62nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Luciano Pirro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ryszard Golaszewski was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Luciano Pirro sped through Piast Leszczyny's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ryszard Golaszewski. Racing Club's Epifanio Txomin was substituted for Luciano Pirro. Cornelio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krzysztof Gizynski in the 71st minute of play. Cornelio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krzysztof Gizynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The supporters of Racing Club booed when Piast Leszczyny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Barowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramiro Lano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Ryszard Golaszewski made a huge save. 1-3 became the score in the 85th minute when Epifanio Txomin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Piast Leszczyny's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Txomin came free, but Ryszard Golaszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Racing Club's Epifanio Txomin in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Piast Leszczyny's goalie prevented a goal. Cornelio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Szkaradek in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Olgierd Szkaradek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piast Leszczyny fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lucas Eladio hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Benigno Piorno got a free kick in the 96th minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Olgierd Szkaradek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piast Leszczyny's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olgierd Szkaradek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
