The Flamengo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Julio Falcioni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qiao Nan Wen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Qiao Nan Wen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's 狄钢远 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Stig-Arne Ekerot in the 51 minute of the game. Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Cardo Ruso Cordobés made a substitution. Deci Liberatore replaced Mateo Filipo. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Li Nan Yu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Flamengo's Peter Östensson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Falcioni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Flamengo's zone, Bennvar Back stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. August Hjortberg came out of the goal and Bennvar Back tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kasper Bivall's late challenge caught a Cardo Ruso Cordobés's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kasper Bivall helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Kasper Bivall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Cardo Ruso Cordobés getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Jorge Panpili hit a great ball.
