Andres Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmir Breckenfeld in the 4th minute of the match. Zoltán Varga's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andres Lastur firmly grabbed it by the left post. GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Breckenfeld in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Martin Jax cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Horaţiu Petran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Martin Jax's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horaţiu Petran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of GERLIROJO Ψ booed when Gyál United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tito Montaño didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Martin Jax made a precise shot to the right of Horaţiu Petran. Gyál United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 37th minute Martin Jax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horaţiu Petran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horaţiu Petran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Jax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adriano Vilanova hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The Gyál United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GERLIROJO Ψ were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Jax stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Gyál United defense, Martin Jax kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horaţiu Petran. The Gyál United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horaţiu Petran should have stopped the shot. Martin Jax received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Horaţiu Petran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andres Lastur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walmir Breckenfeld's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Martin Jax received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Horaţiu Petran came out and tried to block the shot, but Martin Jax slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 59th minute. Konstantinos Kroustallis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andres Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmir Breckenfeld in the 67th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walmir Breckenfeld during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gyál United's Walmir Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 70th minute. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Ibañez in the 96th minute of play forced Gyál United's goalkeeper Horaţiu Petran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
