The throw-in from Millrick Ballestero in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Billesholm's Abdulkerim Bardakçı. 11 minutes into the match, Mesere's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Ahlstedt came free, but Charis Manatakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fermin Ahedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Orozco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 30th minute Mustafa Emrah Vahip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Orozco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mesere! When the match had been going on for 33 minutes, Billesholm's 孔峰伟 got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Charis Manatakis. Jonathan Orozco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasile Soare in the 41st minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vasile Soare to make the kick off. Vasile Soare took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Orozco. Klas Ahlström might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charis Manatakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Klas Ahlström ran back to his position shaking his head. Charis Manatakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klas Ahlström, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. August Tunström kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
