A collision led to Tapa Athlétic™ getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Kara Teka hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joélson de Azevedo saved Genio della Lampada FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis De Rossi in the 9th minute of play forced Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Heigo Mustkivi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Mugurel Chiriloaie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joélson de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Genio della Lampada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Chiriloaie came free, but Joélson de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joélson de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 16th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Genio della Lampada FC's zone, Kalju Palk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joélson de Azevedo came out of the goal and Kalju Palk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, Kara Teka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Genio della Lampada FC's Joélson de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Genio della Lampada FC's Roger Grönlund got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joélson de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40thth minute of the game Mugurel Chiriloaie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Genio della Lampada FC's Joélson de Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tapa Athlétic™ were furious when Kara Teka was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Heigo Mustkivi had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping 何沙铮's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristinel Mustățea to make the kick off. Joélson de Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Mugurel Chiriloaie sent off a good shot on target. Joélson de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Dennis De Rossi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Genio della Lampada FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 69th match minute, Tapa Athlétic™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopold Mineja to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Mugurel Chiriloaie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joélson de Azevedo was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Heigo Mustkivi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis De Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Genio della Lampada FC made a substitution. Mugurel Chiriloaie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kalju Palk got free with Joélson de Azevedo in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th match minute, Genio della Lampada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Grönlund to maneuver through the defense. Joélson de Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Mugurel Chiriloaie sent off a good shot on target. Mugurel Chiriloaie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 minutes of play, Tapa Athlétic™'s Gheorghiţă Hagi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joélson de Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the match, Genio della Lampada FC's goalkeeper Joélson de Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mugurel Chiriloaie.
