The supporters of San Lorenzo booed when GREEK ARMY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omiros Rodanakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's Mo Yi Sang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Styrbjörn Stokken narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute of the match Doni Arce sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Styrbjörn Stokken skillfully saved the ball. Mo Yi Sang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Doni Arce might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Styrbjörn Stokken. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doni Arce ran back to his position shaking his head. Aris Skilas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Doni Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Doni Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of GREEK ARMY booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mo Yi Sang in the 39th minute of play. Styrbjörn Stokken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mo Yi Sang, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The supporters of GREEK ARMY booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Otsando didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno got control of the ball when Lambis Kazantzakoglou tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Kasper Elssen kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Omiros Rodanakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save GREEK ARMY from getting a goal against them. San Lorenzo were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after GREEK ARMY's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gigi Penaru took the corner. The corner ended in Gigi Penaru almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mo Yi Sang in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Styrbjörn Stokken saved GREEK ARMY from getting behind. Mo Yi Sang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Styrbjörn Stokken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mo Yi Sang in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute Lambis Kazantzakoglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Carlomagno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to San Lorenzo getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Kara Melo hit a great ball. Aris Skilas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Matias Carlomagno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mo Yi Sang got free with Styrbjörn Stokken in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Recep Tayyip Özakıncı hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 95 played minutes San Lorenzo got a freekick which was hit by Victor Otsando.
