Joaquin Loredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute Joaquin Loredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Ornopata's goalkeeper Rubio Mor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leukothoe Sakelaris. In the 14th match minute, Ornopata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Michael Linberg to maneuver through the defense. Pipo Inzaghi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Palmquist having to make a save. 18 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Pipo Inzaghi came free, but Jonathan Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Joaquin Loredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Palmquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Pro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Granate's Jaakko Ramstadius got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Christos Triantafyllou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rubio Mor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jonathan Palmquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Loredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sebastian Dominic fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granate's protests and gave Sebastian Dominic a yellow card for diving instead. Sebastian Dominic kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Jonathan Palmquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Loredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christos Triantafyllou got free with Rubio Mor in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Pro struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Jonathan Palmquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ornopata. Jonathan Palmquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pipo Inzaghi in the 35th minute of the match. If Robert Kirby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christos Triantafyllou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Rubio Mor made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leukothoe Sakelaris in the 42nd minute of play forced Ornopata's goalkeeper Rubio Mor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Granate's Jonathan Palmquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pipo Inzaghi in the 43rd minute of play. Rubio Mor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaakko Ramstadius, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute Christos Triantafyllou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubio Mor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leukothoe Sakelaris made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Christos Triantafyllou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubio Mor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Pipo Inzaghi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rubio Mor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leukothoe Sakelaris, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a little luck, Granate's Jonathan Palmquist got control of the ball when Pipo Inzaghi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leukothoe Sakelaris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Ornopata's Marco Pro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Palmquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ornopata were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Granate's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mauro Vallines took the corner. In the 79th minute, Marco Pro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rubio Mor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christos Triantafyllou, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Robert Kirby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubio Mor having to interfere. Mauro Vallines lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Ornopata's Mauro Vallines got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Granate's Enzo Hermon got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pipo Inzaghi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Palmquist having to interfere. Wiktor Björnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Ornopata's Rubio Mor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leukothoe Sakelaris in the 92nd minute of play. Rubio Mor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leukothoe Sakelaris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Granate were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ornopata for a fine match.
