Pedro Gudesteo was slow to take the kick. During this time Loja S.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Fabricio Vedeja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Xu Zheng Zhou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kert Vähi in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Rossell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was a well-played corner which Kert Vähi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 23 minutes into the match, Loja S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Erruki came free, but Ismael Rossell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Luis-Antonio Barraza came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Loja S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis-Antonio Barraza couldn't finish the play. Xu Zheng Zhou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Vedeja in the 26th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Fabricio Vedeja got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Xu Zheng Zhou quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Haroldo Erruki came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the COLLEGNO F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Erruki couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis-Antonio Barraza in the 37th minute of play forced COLLEGNO F.C.'s goalkeeper Xu Zheng Zhou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Rossell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kert Vähi's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Ismael Rossell had great luck who in the 38thth minute grab hold of the ball when Kert Vähi from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Xu Zheng Zhou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hidalgo Gallegos in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, COLLEGNO F.C.'s Haroldo Erruki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ismael Rossell. Ismael Rossell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oliver Giroud made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Vedeja in the 56th minute of play forced COLLEGNO F.C.'s goalkeeper Xu Zheng Zhou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. COLLEGNO F.C.'s Xu Zheng Zhou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Vedeja in the 58th minute of play. Justavino Centeno hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Loja S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Giroud came free, but Ismael Rossell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xu Zheng Zhou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Vedeja in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Xefe Elizondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Loja S.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave COLLEGNO F.C. the free kick. When Loja S.C.'s Hidalgo Gallegos in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
