Santiago Nataniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soroca F.C.. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taaniel Hill in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Wennerqvist saved Soroca F.C. from getting behind. In the 39th minute, Adrián Espadas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Santiago Nataniel. The goal made the score 1-1. When Zézinho Neiva fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soroca F.C.'s protests and gave Zézinho Neiva a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Soroca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Zézinho Neiva. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrián Espadas to make the kick off. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Romulo Thomas replaced Gustavo Tartalo. Soroca F.C. were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Brown Puerto Madryn's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amador Venceslao took the corner. The corner led Soroca F.C.'s Romulo Thomas to fire away a dangerous shot which Santiago Nataniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Santiago Nataniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Necula, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Drake in the 84th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Drake received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dan Wennerqvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Billy Drake slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 86th minute. Santiago Nataniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Răzvan Necula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soroca F.C.'s attentive Cyprien Combaz managed to snatch the ball when Aurelio Blanco made a throw-in in the 96th minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Soroca F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brown Puerto Madryn had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
