The referee ignored Perros del sur's protests and gave Wilfredo Rayman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th match minute, Perros del sur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Rayman to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Perros del sur's Jose Eriz got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Gavril Bosioc fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.Independiente's protests and gave Gavril Bosioc a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes C.A.Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Gavril Bosioc. After some careless play in the C.A.Independiente defense, Gonzalo Chesus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Macias. The C.A.Independiente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Macias should have stopped the shot. Miguel Orlondon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Basajaun's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristo Basajaun in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Orlondon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to C.A.Independiente getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Baldomiro Silvino hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes Perros del sur got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Chesus. A nice corner shot did that Gavril Bosioc got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Miguel Orlondon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristo Basajaun in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Orlondon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miguel Orlondon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristo Basajaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Perros del sur's goal looked a bit too open when Heigo Luiga came free, but Miguel Orlondon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match, Sixto Aimar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ciriaco Macias was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Miguel Orlondon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Basajaun in the 40th minute of the match. Gonzalo Chesus struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Ciriaco Macias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perros del sur. In the 42nd match minute, Perros del sur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Eriz to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, C.A.Independiente's Ciriaco Macias got control of the ball when Donato Viator tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristo Basajaun to strike the kick off in the second half. Miguel Orlondon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristo Basajaun in the 55th minute. In the 59th match minute, Perros del sur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Aimar to maneuver through the defense. Perros del sur's Cornelio Menendo was substituted for Sixto Aimar. Sixto Aimar hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Teodosio Goren kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Miguel Orlondon made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Heigo Luiga sent off a good shot on target. CJ Riquelme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Macias having to interfere. Miguel Orlondon made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Cristo Basajaun sent off a good shot on target. Miguel Orlondon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indiana Jones in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Perros del sur booed when C.A.Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavril Bosioc didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.A.Independiente made a substitution. Lorenzo Rosas replaced Heigo Luiga.
