After 6 played minutes New England Minas got a freekick which was hit by Scottie Ciauri. 9 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Shantala came free, but Martin Markusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elder Pena in the 17th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Martin Markusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jon Negron hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Mete Ferro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New England Minas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mete Ferro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mete Ferro in the 38th minute of play. Chris Cabezon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Emerson Leão made a huge save. After 43 played minutes CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ got a freekick which was hit by Zé Paulo Brasil. When the match clock showed 48 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Osvaldo Shantala sped through New England Minas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martin Markusson.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teofil Zjawin was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Shantala dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martin Markusson, 0-2. New England Minas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Elder Pena scored to the left of an out of position Martin Markusson, making the score, 0-3. Martin Markusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Shantala in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute Dadá Ponta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Shantala notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of New England Minas's Martin Markusson. Martin Markusson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Martin Markusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Shantala in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Rashad Velasquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Zé Paulo Brasil shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Martin Markusson but with some difficulty. New England Minas's Martin Markusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Zjawin in the 74th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Scottie Ciauri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ made a substitution. Lopes Vea replaced Victor Garcia. Dadá Ponta scored 1-4 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emerson Leão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The New England Minas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
