With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karim Bado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. AF CERRADO's Renatinho Leal got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frederico França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Sandrinho Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Damião in the 33rd minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Damião could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Karim Bado made a huge save.
