The coaching staff of Rio Verde F.C CIMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cássio Pimenta had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Cássio Pimenta got a free kick in the 10th minute. Karim Bado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The throw-in from Perico Ferrer in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Ke Chang Lin. Karim Bado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredinho Botelho in the 21st minute of play. After 22 minutes, Edison Brena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Braga Junior FC and the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Edison Brena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Braga Junior FC's zone, Fiori Cerezo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvinho Veiga came out of the goal and Fiori Cerezo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Vítor Aparecido in the 31st minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karim Bado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Vítor Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-2 when José Vítor Aparecido sped through Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karim Bado.

Karim Bado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vítor Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, Emilio Lain fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Karim Bado, passed just outside the right post. With a little luck, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Karim Bado got control of the ball when José Vítor Aparecido tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Braga Junior FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Perico Ferrer hit a great ball. Ke Chang Lin's late challenge caught a Braga Junior FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ke Chang Lin helped the player get up and apologised. Karim Bado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Vítor Aparecido in the 72nd minute of the match. The throw-in from Ke Chang Lin in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Braga Junior FC's Perico Ferrer. 82 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Vaz came free, but Karim Bado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hélio Vaz in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karim Bado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Renan Tepedino was substituted for Sidnei Sanches. A collision led to Rio Verde F.C CIMZ getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Frederico França hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Emilio Lain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hélio Vaz got free with Karim Bado in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Perico Ferrer hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Braga Junior FC played a much better game than Rio Verde F.C CIMZ and deserved their victory. The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
